T omó, pues, David la lanza y la vasija de agua de junto a la cabecera de Saúl, y se fueron. Pero nadie lo vio ni lo supo, tampoco nadie se despertó, pues todos estaban dormidos, ya que un sueño profundo de parte del Señor había caído sobre ellos.

So David took the spear and the bottle of water from beside Saul’s head, and they went away. But no one saw it, or knew it, and no one woke, for they were all sleeping. A deep sleep from the Lord had come upon them.
