“ Y esto será para ustedes un estatuto perpetuo: en el mes séptimo, a los diez días del mes, humillarán sus almas y no harán obra alguna, ni el nativo ni el extranjero que reside entre ustedes.

It shall be a statute to you forever that in the seventh month on the tenth day of the month you shall afflict yourselves and do no work at all, either the native-born or the stranger who dwells temporarily among you.
