P ero como nuestros padres provocaron a ira al Dios del cielo, El los entregó en mano de Nabucodonosor, rey de Babilonia, el Caldeo, quien destruyó este templo, y llevó cautivo al pueblo a Babilonia.

But because our fathers had made the God of heaven angry, He gave them into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, the Chaldean. Nebuchadnezzar destroyed this house of God, and carried the people away to Babylon.
