S o she departed and went and gleaned in the field after the reapers; and she happened to come to the portion of the field belonging to Boaz, who was of the family of Elimelech.

Ea s-a dus şi, ajungând pe un ogor, a început să culeagă spicele rămase în urma secerătorilor. S-a nimerit ca ogorul acela să fie tocmai al lui Boaz, din clanul lui Elimelek.
