a nd they have no firm root in themselves, but are only temporary; then, when affliction or persecution arises because of the word, immediately they fall away.

لَكِنْ لأنَّهُمْ بِلا جُذُورٍ فِي نُفُوسِهِمْ، فَإنَّهُمْ يَصمِدُونَ لِوَقتٍ قَصِيرٍ، وَعِندَما يَأتِي الضِّيقُ وَالاضطِهادُ بِسَبَبِ الكَلِمَةِ الَّتِي قَبِلُوها، يَفقِدُونَ إيمانَهُمْ سَرِيعاً.
