a nd they have no root in themselves, but endure for a while; then, when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, straightway they stumble.

لَكِنْ لأنَّهُمْ بِلا جُذُورٍ فِي نُفُوسِهِمْ، فَإنَّهُمْ يَصمِدُونَ لِوَقتٍ قَصِيرٍ، وَعِندَما يَأتِي الضِّيقُ وَالاضطِهادُ بِسَبَبِ الكَلِمَةِ الَّتِي قَبِلُوها، يَفقِدُونَ إيمانَهُمْ سَرِيعاً.
