E lijah said to him, “Elisha, please stay here, for the Lord has sent me to Jericho.” But he said, “ As the Lord lives, and as you yourself live, I will not leave you.” So they came to Jericho.

І сказав йому Ілля: Єлисею, сиди тут, бо Господь послав мене до Єрихону. Та той відказав: Як живий Господь і жива душа твоя, я не залишу тебе! І прийшли вони до Єрихону.
