T he king said to the man of God, “Please entreat the Lord your God, and pray for me, that my hand may be restored to me.” So the man of God entreated the Lord, and the king’s hand was restored to him, and it became as it was before.

Entonces el rey, dirigiéndose al hombre de Dios, dijo: —Te pido que ruegues ante la presencia de Jehová, tu Dios, y ores por mí, para que mi mano sea restaurada. El hombre de Dios oró a Jehová y la mano del rey se le restauró; quedó como era antes.
