S tehe auf und heilige das Volk und sprich: Heiligt euch auf morgen. Denn also sagte der HERR, der Gott Israels: Es ist ein Bann unter dir Israel; darum kannst du nicht stehen vor deinen Feinden, bis daß ihr den Bann von euch tut.

Rise up, hallow the people, and say, Hallow yourselves for to-morrow; for thus saith Jehovah the God of Israel, There is an accursed thing in the midst of thee, Israel: thou shalt not be able to stand before thine enemies, until ye take away the accursed thing from your midst.
