D ies ist der Jünger, der von diesen Dingen zeugt und dies geschrieben hat; und wir wissen, daß sein Zeugnis wahrhaftig ist.

It is this same disciple who is bearing witness to these things and who has recorded (written) them; and we know that his testimony is true.
