D arum haltet meine Satzungen, daß ihr nicht tut nach den greulichen Sitten, die vor euch waren, daß ihr nicht damit verunreinigt werdet; denn ich bin der HERR, euer Gott.

and ye have kept My charge, so as not to do of the abominable statutes which have been done before you, and ye do not defile yourselves with them; I Jehovah your God.'
