U nd war nichts in der Lade außer den zwei Tafeln, die Mose am Horeb hineingetan hatte, da der HERR einen Bund machte mit den Kindern Israel, da sie aus Ägypten zogen.

There was nothing in the special box of God except the two stone writings which Moses put there at Horeb. It was there that the Lord made an agreement with the people of Israel, when they came out of Egypt.
