A lso kamen alle Ältesten Israels zum König gen Hebron. Und David machte einen Bund mit ihnen zu Hebron vor dem HERRN. Und sie salbten David zu König über Israel nach dem Wort des HERRN durch Samuel.

So all the elders of Israel came to the king at Hebron, and David made a covenant with them there before the Lord, and they anointed king over Israel, according to the word of the Lord through Samuel.
