A lors je me mis à paître les brebis destinées à la boucherie, assurément les plus misérables du troupeau. Je prix deux houlettes: j'appelai l'une Grâce, et j'appelai l'autre Union. Et je fis paître les brebis.

So I took care of the flock that was to be killed, and those of the flock who suffered. I took two walking sticks. One I called Favor, and the other I called Agreement. I took care of the flock.
