L orsqu'un homme couchera et aura commerce avec une femme, si c'est une esclave fiancée à un autre homme, et qui n'a pas été rachetée ou affranchie, ils seront châtiés, mais non punis de mort, parce qu'elle n'a pas été affranchie.

`And when a man lieth with a woman with seed of copulation, and she a maid-servant, betrothed to a man, and not really ransomed, or freedom hath not been given to her, an investigation there is; they are not put to death, for she not free.
