N 'en est-il pas ainsi de ma maison devant Dieu, Puisqu'il a fait avec moi une alliance éternelle, En tous points bien réglée et offrant pleine sécurité? Ne fera-t-il pas germer tout mon salut et tous mes désirs?

Verily my house is not so with God; Yet he hath made with me an everlasting covenant, Ordered in all things, and sure: For it is all my salvation, and all my desire, Although he maketh it not to grow.
