A nche i Filistei si radunarono per combattere contro Israele, con trentamila carri, seimila cavalieri e gente numerosa come la sabbia che è sul lido del mare. Salirono dunque e si accamparono a Mikmash, a est di Beth-Aven.

The Philistines gathered to fight against Israel, with 30, 000 war-wagons, 6, 000 horsemen, and people like the sand on the sea shore. They came and set up their tents at Michmash, east of Beth-aven.
