Giosué 7:3 ~ Joshua 7:3

P oi tornarono da Giosuè e gli dissero: «Non è necessario che salga tutto il popolo; ma salgano un due o tremila uomini ad attaccare Ai; non far affaticare tutto il popolo là, perché quei di Ai sono in pochi».

When they returned to Joshua, they said, “Do not have all the people go there. Only about 2, 000 or 3, 000 men need to go to Ai. Do not make the whole army fight, for the people of Ai are few.”
