G iosuè eresse pure dodici pietre in mezzo al Giordano, nel luogo dove si erano fermati i piedi dei sacerdoti che portavano l'arca del patto; e sono rimaste là fino al giorno d'oggi.

Then Joshua set up twelve stones in the midst of the Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests who bore the ark of the covenant stood; and they are there to this day.
