L 'Eterno gli disse: «Questo è il paese che ho promesso con giuramento ad Abrahamo, a Isacco e a Giacobbe, dicendo: "Io lo darò alla tua discendenza". Io te l'ho fatto vedere con i tuoi occhi, ma tu non vi entrerai!»

Then the Lord said to him, “This is the land which I swore to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying, ‘I will give it to your descendants’; I have let you see it with your eyes, but you shall not go over there.”
