p erché il vendicatore del sangue, mentre l'ira gli arde in cuore, non insegua l'omicida e lo raggiunga, quando il cammino è troppo lungo, e lo uccida anche se non meritava la morte, perché nel passato non aveva odiato il compagno.

lest the avenger of blood pursue the manslayer, while his heart is hot, and overtake him, because the way is long, and smite him mortally; whereas he was not worthy of death, inasmuch as he hated him not in time past.
