P erciò scrivo queste cose, essendo assente, affinché, quando sarò presente, non proceda rigidamente, secondo l'autorità che il Signore mi ha dato per l'edificazione e non per la distruzione.

For this cause I write these things while absent, that I may not deal sharply when present, according to the authority which the Lord gave me for building up, and not for tearing down.
