P erciò la legge non ha forza e la giustizia non riesce ad affermarsi, perché l'empio raggira il giusto e la giustizia ne esce pervertita.

Therefore the law is ignored And justice is never upheld. For the wicked surround the righteous; Therefore justice comes out perverted.
