I l re Sedekia mandò Jehukal, figlio di Scelemiah e il sacerdote Sofonia, figlio di Maaseiah, dal profeta Geremia, per dirgli: «Deh, prega per noi l'Eterno, il nostro DIO».

King Zedekiah sent Jehucal the son of Shelemiah, and Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah, the religious leader, to Jeremiah the man of God, saying, “Pray to the Lord our God for us.”
