( 09-18) Per l'ira dell'Eterno degli eserciti il paese brucia e il popolo è come esca per il fuoco; nessuno ha pietà del proprio fratello.

The land is burned up by the anger of the Lord, and the people are like wood for the fire. No man shows pity on his brother.
