E ssi dicono: "Perché abbiamo digiunato, e tu non l'hai visto? Perché abbiamo afflitto le nostre anime, e tu non l'hai notato?". Ecco, nel giorno del vostro digiuno voi fate ciò che vi piace e costringete a un duro lavoro i vostri operai.

Why have we fasted, they say, and You do not see it? Why have we afflicted ourselves, and You take no knowledge ? Behold, on the day of your fast, you find profit in your business, and you extort from your hired servants a full amount of labor.
