Isaia 47:1 ~ Isaiah 47:1

« Scendi e siediti nella polvere, o vergine figlia di Babilonia. Siediti in terra, senza trono, o figlia dei Caldei, perché non sarai piú chiamata tenera e delicata.

¶ Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon; sit on the ground, without a throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans; for thou shalt no longer be called tender and delicate.
