M osè ed Aaronne Fecero così, esattamente come l'Eterno aveva loro ordinato. Così egli alzò il bastone e percosse le acque che erano nel fiume, davanti agli occhi del Faraone e davanti agli occhi dei suoi servitori; e tutte le acque che erano nel fiume furono cambiate in sangue.

Moses and Aaron did as the Lord commanded; lifted up the rod and smote the waters in the river in the sight of Pharaoh and his servants, and all the waters in the river were turned to blood.
