P erò se il bue era da tempo solito a ferire con le corna e il suo padrone era stato avvertito, ma non l'aveva tenuto rinchiuso, e il bue poi uccide un uomo o una donna, il bue sarà lapidato e il suo padrone sarà pure messo a morte.

and if the ox is accustomed to gore heretofore, and it hath been testified to its owner, and he doth not watch it, and it hath put to death a man or woman, the ox is stoned, and its owner also is put to death.
