E l que mata un buey es como el que mata a un hombre, el que sacrifica un cordero como el que desnuca un perro, el que presenta ofrenda de cereal como el que ofrece sangre de cerdo, el que quema incienso como el que bendice a un ídolo. Como ellos han escogido sus propios caminos, y su alma se deleita en sus abominaciones,

Whoso slaughtereth the ox smiteth a man, Whoso sacrificeth the lamb beheadeth a dog, Whoso is bringing up a present -- The blood of a sow, Whoso is making mention of frankincense, Is blessing iniquity. Yea, they have fixed on their own ways, And in their abominations their soul hath delighted.
