P ues Faraón, rey de Egipto, había subido y capturado Gezer, le había prendido fuego, había matado a los cananeos que habitaban en la ciudad, y la había dado en dote a su hija, la mujer de Salomón.

(Pharaoh king of Egypt hath gone up and doth capture Gezer, and doth burn it with fire, and the Canaanite who is dwelling in the city he hath slain, and giveth it presents to his daughter, wife of Solomon.)
