A nd Joshua answered them, If thou be a great people, then get thee up to the wood country, and cut down for thyself there in the land of the Perizzites and of the giants, if mount Ephraim be too narrow for thee.

– Dacă sunteţi un popor atât de numeros şi nu vă mai cuprinde regiunea muntoasă a lui Efraim, le-a răspuns Iosua, atunci duceţi-vă spre pădure şi tăiaţi-o ca să vă faceţi loc în teritoriul periziţilor şi al refaiţilor!
