A nd many lepers were in Israel in the time of Eliseus the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian.

«كَما كانَ هُناكَ بُرْصٌ كَثِيْرُونَ فِي إسْرائِيلَ فِي زَمَنِ النَّبِيِّ ألِيْشَعَ. وَلَمْ يُطَهَّرْ أحَدٌ مِنْهُمْ إلّا نُعمانُ السِّرْيانِيُّ.»
