A nd there were many lepers in Israel in the time of Elisha the prophet, and yet not one of them was cleansed —but only Naaman the Syrian.

«كَما كانَ هُناكَ بُرْصٌ كَثِيْرُونَ فِي إسْرائِيلَ فِي زَمَنِ النَّبِيِّ ألِيْشَعَ. وَلَمْ يُطَهَّرْ أحَدٌ مِنْهُمْ إلّا نُعمانُ السِّرْيانِيُّ.»
