Numbers 35:12 ~ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﺩ 35:12

A nd they shall be unto you cities for refuge from the avenger; that the manslayer die not, until he stand before the congregation in judgment.

فَسَتَكُونُ مُدُناً يَلجأُ إلَيها القَاتِلُ مِنْ قَرِيبِ القَتِيلِ الَّذِي يُريدُ الأخذُ بِالثَّأرِ. وَهَكَذا لا يُقتَلُ القاتِلُ إلَى أنْ يَقِفَ أمامَ الشَّعبِ لِلمُحاكَمَةِ.
