A nd his servants said unto him, Behold now, we have heard that the kings of the house of Israel are merciful kings: let us, I pray thee, put sackcloth on our loins, and ropes upon our heads, and go out to the king of Israel: peradventure he will save thy life.

Y sus siervos le dijeron: He aquí, hemos oído que los reyes de la casa de Israel son reyes misericordiosos; te rogamos que nos dejes poner cilicio en nuestros lomos y cuerdas sobre nuestras cabezas, y salgamos al rey de Israel; quizás él salve tu vida.
