A nd he brought forth the people that were therein, and put them under saws, and under harrows of iron, and under axes of iron, and made them pass through the brick-kiln: and thus did he unto all the cities of the children of Ammon. So David and all the people returned unto Jerusalem.

Изведе и народа, който живееше в града, и го подложи под триони, под железни дикани и под железни брадви, и го преведе през пещи за тухли. Така постъпи с всички градове на амонците. Тогава Давид се върна с целия народ в Йерусалим.
