A nd Rachel said, God hath judged me, and hath also heard my voice, and hath given me a son: therefore called she his name Dan.

فَقالَتْ راحِيلُ: «لَقَدْ سَمِعَ اللهُ صَلاتِي وَأنصَفَنِي إذْ رَزَقَنِي بِوَلَدٍ.» وَلِهَذا سَمَّتْهُ راحِيلُ دانَ.
