A nd Saul said unto the Kenite, Go, depart, go out from among those of Amalek lest I destroy you with them, for ye showed mercy to all the sons of Israel when they came up out of Egypt. So the Kenite departed from among those of Amalek.


pastaj Sauli u tha Kenejve: "Shkoni, tërhiquni, dilni jashtë Amalekitëve, që të mos ju shkatërrojë bashkë me ta, sepse ju u treguat të mëshirshëm me të gjithë bijtë e Izraelit kur po dilnin nga Egjipti". Kështu Kenejtë u tërhoqën nga radhët e Amalekitëve.
