A nd Saul said to the Kenites, Go, depart, and go down from among the Amalekites, lest I destroy you with them; for ye shewed kindness to all the children of Israel when they came up out of Egypt. And the Kenites departed from among the Amalekites.


pastaj Sauli u tha Kenejve: "Shkoni, tërhiquni, dilni jashtë Amalekitëve, që të mos ju shkatërrojë bashkë me ta, sepse ju u treguat të mëshirshëm me të gjithë bijtë e Izraelit kur po dilnin nga Egjipti". Kështu Kenejtë u tërhoqën nga radhët e Amalekitëve.
