A nd this man went up out of his city yearly to worship and to sacrifice unto the LORD of the hosts in Shiloh. And the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, the priests of the LORD, were there.


În fiecare an, bărbatul acesta se ducea din cetatea sa la Şilo ca să se închine şi să aducă jertfe Domnului Oştirilor. Acolo slujeau ca preoţi ai Domnului cei doi fii ai lui Eli, Hofni şi Fineas.
