Judges 9:2 ~ Judecători 9:2

S peak, I pray you, in the ears of all the men of Shechem, What would seem better unto you, that seventy persons reign over you, all the sons of Jerubbaal; or that one reign over you? Remember also that I am your bone and your flesh.

„Vă rog să spuneţi în auzul tuturor locuitorilor din Şehem: «Ce este mai bine pentru voi: să domnească peste voi şaptezeci de bărbaţi, toţi fii ai lui Ierub-Baal, sau să domnească peste voi un singur bărbat? Aduceţi-vă aminte că sunt os din oasele voastre şi carne din carnea voastră!»“
