H e that commits sin is of the devil; for the devil sins from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God appeared, that he might undo the works of the devil.

Cel ce trăieşte în păcat este de la diavolul, pentru că diavolul păcătuieşte de la început. Tocmai pentru aceasta a fost arătat Fiul lui Dumnezeu: ca să distrugă lucrările diavolului.
