a nd, behold, he has given occasions of speech against her, saying, I found not thy daughter a virgin; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.

І ось він зводить на неї ганьбливі слова, говорячи: Я не знайшов у твоєї дочки дівоцтва, а оце знаки дівоцтва моєї дочки. І розтягнуть одежу перед старшими міста.
