John 21:23 ~ Juan 21:23

T hen this saying went abroad among the brethren that that disciple should not die; yet Jesus did not say unto him, He shall not die, but, If I will that he tarry until I come, what is that to thee?

De allí surgió la idea entre los hermanos de que aquel discípulo no moriría. Pero Jesús no le dijo que no moriría. Sólo le dijo: «Si yo quiero que él se quede hasta que yo venga, ¿a ti qué?»
