T hen Pilate said unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee and have power to release thee?

فَقالَ لَهُ بِيلاطُسُ: «أتَرفُضُ أنْ تُكَلِّمَنِي؟ ألا تَعلَمُ أنَّنِي أملِكُ سُلطَةً لإخلاءِ سَبِيلِكَ، وَسُلطَةً لِصَلْبِكَ؟»
