P ilate therefore saith unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? Knowest thou not that I have power to release thee, and have power to crucify thee?

فَقالَ لَهُ بِيلاطُسُ: «أتَرفُضُ أنْ تُكَلِّمَنِي؟ ألا تَعلَمُ أنَّنِي أملِكُ سُلطَةً لإخلاءِ سَبِيلِكَ، وَسُلطَةً لِصَلْبِكَ؟»
