T hen he shall let go the living bird out of the city into the open fields; and thus shall he reconcile the house, and it shall be clean.

Sin embargo, a la avecilla viva la dejará ir en libertad, fuera de la ciudad, hacia el campo abierto. Así hará expiación por la casa, y quedará purificada.
