T herefore I will weep over Moab, and I will cry out for all Moab; my heart shall mourn for the men of Kirheres.

Therefore I will wail over Moab, and I will cry out over the whole of Moab. Over the men of Kir-heres (Kir-hareseth) there will be sighing and mourning.
