ل ِهَذا، سَأنُوحُ عَلَى مُوآبَ، سَأصرُخُ بِألَمٍ عَلَى كُلِّ مُوآبَ. سَأئِنُّ عَلَى رِجالِ قِيرِ حارِسَ.

Therefore I will wail over Moab, and I will cry out over the whole of Moab. Over the men of Kir-heres (Kir-hareseth) there will be sighing and mourning.
